I just received an order that is not mine. I called the 800 customer service number--cannot understand a word they said.

Hire good English speaking people! What do I do with this order? There is no paperwork with it. It does not show up in my purchases, so I cannot get a return shipping label from you.

It is a Kasper PM blouse. I just want to make sure I am not charged for it. It has my name and address on it. Sharon Malone, P.O.
